Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cooked and cubed boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. minced onion
1/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 can chicken broth
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
hot cooked rice
Preparation

Cook and cube boneless chicken into small 1/2 to 1/4-inch cubes.
Set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter; add onions and saute until tender.
Add flour and curry powder, stirring constantly.
Gradually add chicken broth and milk.
Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Stir in rest of ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated.
Serve over rice.
