Orange Braised Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (1-inch) loin pork chops
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. orange sections*
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Coat chops with flour and salt and brown in oil, about 5 minutes on each side.
    Combine brown sugar, ginger, orange peel and juice and pour over chops.
    Simmer 45 to 50 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Add orange slices and heat until orange sections are just warm.
    Serve with Orange Rice.
