Icebox Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

graham cracker crust
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 eggs
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Beat egg yellows; add lemon juice and beat well.
Add sweetened condensed milk and beat.
Let mixture sit while you beat egg whites stiff.
Gradually add the sugar and beat.
Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and top with egg whites.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
Let sit out for 10 minutes and then refrigerate.
