Artichoke Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chicken thighs
2 bottles marinated artichokes, drained or 1 can artichokes, drained
1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. rosemary
4 Tbsp. butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. sherry
2/3 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika; brown in butter.
Put chicken in casserole dish.
Add 1 teaspoon butter to drippings in pan and saute mushrooms.
Sprinkle flour on mushrooms.
Stir in broth, rosemary and sherry.
Cook for a few minutes.
Arrange drained artichokes between chicken.
Pour mushroom mixture over all.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 with rice.
