Mini Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. fine chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 to 4 tsp. water
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup, beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and 1/8 teaspoon thyme.
    Shape firmly into mini meat loaves.
    Brown in skillet; pour off fat.
    Stir in remaining soup, pepper, thyme and water.
    Cover and cook over low heat 20 to 30 minutes.
    Stir and baste occasionally.
    I serve this with mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and either canned peaches or pears for dessert.
    Serves 4 to 6, depending on size of meat loaves.
