Butterscotch Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. packed light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. pecan or walnut halves
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat eggs and add corn syrup, salt, vanilla, brown sugar and butter; mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for an additional 30 to 35 minutes or until outer edge of filling seems set.
    Let cool completely.
    Before serving, put ring of whipped cream around edge of crust.
