Spinach Pom-Poms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1 c. grated cheese
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. softened butter
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Thaw spinach; drain.
Squeeze out all excess moisture.
Blend remaining ingredients.
Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Lightly grease baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Drain on paper towel.
Makes about 65.
