Country Fried Chicken (By Dunkie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up frying chicken
    Crisco cooking oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, garlic salt, paprika, oregano, black pepper and salt.
    Heat oil in skillet to 365\u00b0.
    Beat egg and milk.
    Mix flour and seasoning.
    Dip chicken in milk and egg mixture, then dip into flour mixture.
    Put into hot skillet and brown on both sides. Cover and simmer for tender chicken.
