Fricadillis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Any cold meat chopped fine to make 1 lg. cup
    2 eggs
    1 slice bread
    Salt
    Pepper
    1 sm. piece of onion, chopped
Preparation
    To the meat add the eggs. Mix well. Take one slice of bread and soak in warm water. Squeeze moisture out of bread and add to the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped onion. Mix well and fry to a nice brown. Any kind of meat scraps can be used, but lean, fresh pork is better than boiled meat.
