Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    2 2/3 c. boiling water
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. wild rice
    4 tsp. beef instant bouillon
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. long grain rice
Preparation
    In a 2 1/2-quart casserole, combine boiling water, wild rice and bouillon; let stand for 15 minutes.
    In large skillet, cook celery, onion and garlic in butter until tender.
    Add to rice mixture with seasonings and long grain rice; mix well.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
