Fiori'S Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 + lb. flour
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    fruit (apple slices, bananas, pineapple or peaches)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except flour and fruit; mix well. Gradually add flour until batter is very thick.
    Dip fruit in batter and fry in hot oil.
    It is sometimes hard to get the batter to stick to the fruit, so using 2 spoons helps to keep batter in place until you slip it off with 2nd spoon, into oil.
