Pastry Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Beat 1 egg and mix with 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1/2 cup water.
    Add to flour and shortening mixture.
    Mix well.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) double crusts or 5 (9-inch) single crusts.
