Sausage Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
    2 large chopped onions
    2 chopped green peppers
    4 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute sausage, onions and green peppers until brown.
    Add tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Put in large casserole.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
