Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. cream-style corn
    2 egg whites, beaten until frothy
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light; add milk, flour, baking powder, salt and paprika. Stir lightly. Stir in corn and egg whites. Drop by tablespoonful and fry in deep fat (oil) until golden brown on each side. Drain on paper towels. To serve, drizzle with a warm butter and syrup mixture.
