Grandma'S Beef With Chocolate Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. shoulder or California roast
2 to 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cube meat into bite-sized pieces.
Place in roasting pan and cover completely with undiluted cream of mushroom soup.
Place the uncovered pan in a 325\u00b0 oven for several hours; meat should be fork-tender when done.
This is an excellent chafing dish recipe. May be served with noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
Add water only if needed to keep meat moist and covered with the gravy.
