Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
 
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. grated cheese
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
- 
                            Saute onions in butter.
 
Mix all ingredients together (save 1 cup cheese and 1 cup crackers for topping).
Pour into a casserole dish; top with remaining cheese and crackers.
Dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
