Tuna Casserole(For Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 small onion
2 cans tuna
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Add rice, onion, and drained tuna. Mix well.
Melt margarine; add to tuna mixture.
Add thyme and bread crumbs.
Mix well.
Spread mixture in glass pie plate which has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on High approximately 10 minutes.
Serve in wedges.
