Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag coconut
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, flour and pudding together.
    Add coconut, melted butter and milk.
    Mix again.
    Stir in flavoring and pour mixture into three 9-inch pie shells.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Makes 3 pies.
