Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. lemon jello
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 box frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in the water.
    Stir in the vinegar and mayonnaise.
    Cool until like egg whites.
    Beat well and fold in the rest of ingredients.
    Chill.
