Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    4 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat Wesson oil, margarine, sugar and eggs together.
    Sift the flour, soda, baking powder and cream of tartar together and add to first mixture.
    Beat well and add vanilla.
    Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in 325\u00b0
    oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
