Onion Bake Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 or 3 lb. potatoes, cut in chunks (peel or unpeel)
1/3 c. cooking oil

Preparation

In plastic bag add all ingredients.
Shake.
Coat potatoes well.
Empty potatoes into baking pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender or golden brown.
Good with barbecues.
