Nicole'S Texas Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated apples
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Combine oil, sugar, beaten eggs and rest of ingredients.
Bake in well-greased tube pan 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Cool and sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar or top with a glaze.
