Cathe'S Taco Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    4 Tbsp. dry Cheddar cheese (powder)
    2 Tbsp. real butter
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    dash or two pepper
    1 Tbsp. chives
Preparation
    Brown ground beef over medium heat.
    Add onions and cook a couple of minutes.
    Then add garlic salt, pepper, chives and butter.
    Stir, then slowly add Cheddar cheese, stirring as you add it.
    Can be used for burritos also.
