Sarah'S Pear-Pecan Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can pears
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Drain juice from pears, reserving 1 cup.
    Boil 1 cup of juice and add lemon Jell-O.
    Chill until partially set.
    Place pears and cream
    cheese
    in
    blender
    and
    cream
    to a creamy consistency. Stir in Jell-O mixture and add nuts.
    Whip cream and pour in mold. Whipping cream can be omitted.
