Charleston Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 small squash
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut and cook squash in small amount of water until tender; mash well.
    Add salt, pepper, butter, bouillon cube and grated onion.
    Fold in well beaten egg.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole which has been greased.
    Sprinkle a topping of crumbs, cheese and paprika over casserole.
    Bake in an oven preheated to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
