Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter over low heat in cake pan 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
Mix in brown sugar; drain pineapple and add to sugar mixture.
Prepare cake mix.
Pour over pineapple mixture. Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
Place serving plate on top.
Let cool a few minutes before turning over.
Serve warm or cool, plain or with whipped cream.
