Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt together; cut in shortening.
    Mix water, vinegar and egg together.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Separate into 3 balls and roll out.
    Can freeze separate balls or after has been rolled out.
    Makes 3 balls.
