Dronning Maud Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1 c. water, hot
    5 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pt. heavy cream
    Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, shredded or shaved
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in hot water; cool slightly.
    Whip sugar and egg yolks until smooth.
    Add gelatine and whipped cream.
    Layer with shredded or shaved chocolate.
