Snicker Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butterscotch chips
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 jar marshmallow cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
    1 bag caramels
    4 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Melt 1 cup of milk chocolate chips, 1/4 cup of butterscotch chips and 1/4 cup of peanut butter.
    Spread in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cool.
