June'S Alabama Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warmed buttermilk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 1/2 c. unbleached flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    6 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix buttermilk and yeast.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add oil to buttermilk mixture.
    Add wet to dry ingredients mix; turn on floured surface and knead a few times.
    Roll to about 1/2 inch thickness.
    Cut with small round cutter.
    Grease pan with oil. Turn biscuit in oil when placing in pan.
    Let rise in slightly warm oven.
    Preheat on warm for 5 minutes and turn off.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 in preheated oven about 10 minutes.
