Baked Turkey Hind Quarters And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 turkey hind quarters (drumsticks and thighs)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
    2 large carrots, diagonally cut into 1/4-inch slices
    2 large potatoes
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
Preparation
    Remove and discard skin from turkey.
    Arrange turkey in a shallow, 3-quart casserole.
    In a small bowl, combine broth, pepper, paprika, salt and cornstarch.
    Set aside.
