Fried Rice With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    3 scallions, sliced
    1 celery rib, sliced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed (1 c.)
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 c. cooked rice, cooled
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In a wok, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat until hot.
    Add egg and cook, stirring, until firm, about 2 minutes. Remove to a plate.
    Cut into small pieces.
