Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen broccoli
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
    onion salt to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1 16 oz. shredded Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Put water and broccoli in a large saucepan.
    Add margarine, onion salt, garlic salt and onion and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Add milk and cheese; stir constantly to avoid sticking.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes more, then mix cornstarch and milk together and add to thicken soup.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serves 4 to 6.
