Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 1/2 qt. water
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 can Hungry Jack biscuits (green can; keep refrigerated)
1/2 stick margarine or butter
Preparation

Place chicken breasts in a large boiler and add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with water and bring to a boil. When chicken is done, remove from water and allow to cool on a plate. After cooling, tear apart to desired size pieces.
