Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy.
Add sugar and beat until creamy.
Add oil.
Blend in dry ingredients with zucchini.
Beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
Mix in nuts.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
