Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 c. carrots, coarsely grated
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/3 c. salad oil
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Add carrots, salad oil and eggs.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Add other ingredients and stir.
    Put batter in two large or 3 small loaf pans which have been oiled and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
