Hamburg And Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 medium size onion
1/2 c. celery
1 lb. hamburg
3 Tbsp. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Preparation
-
Shred cabbage and put in baking dish.
Saute onion and celery. Add hamburg and heat until redness is gone.
Add uncooked rice, tomato soup and water.
Simmer.
Pour over cabbage.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until rice is done.
