Egg Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. egg roll skins
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bean sprouts
1 egg
2 c. very fine cabbage
1/2 c. very fine carrots
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. salt
1 medium onion
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. sesame seed
4 c. oil
Preparation
-
Brown meat with onions; set aside.
Blanch bean sprouts by submerging in 2 cups boiling water; drain.
Plunge into 2 cups cold water; drain.
Chop into small pieces.
