Gilda'S Italian Omelet(Frittata) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs (extra large)
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 c. pepper (red bell)
1/2 c. pepperoni, sliced
1/2 c. milk or cream
3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
sprinkle of garlic salt (optional)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion or scallions
3/4 c. Italian sausage, fried loose and drained
1 c. cooked asparagus or boiled fresh green beans, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs in bowl.
Add salt, pepper, parsley, milk and cheeses.
Melt butter in large 12-inch or more skillet over medium heat.
Add sausage, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and pepperoni. Cook 1 minute.
Add asparagus or green beans; stir and blend. Pour egg mixture.
Turn down heat.
When mixture has set and thickened and only the top surface is runny, about 10 or 12 minutes, on low heat, run the skillet under the broiler for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the top face has set.
Loosen the Frittata with a spatula and slice it onto a warm platter.
Cut in wedges and serve.
Fresh fruit goes good with this frittata.
