Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, cheese, onions, eggs, flour, salt and pepper.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 300\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    During last 5 minutes, cover casserole with onion rings.
    Serves 4 to 6.
