Amish Cookies(Melt In Your Mouth) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 sticks oleo
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 eggs
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp soda
    1 tsp cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oleo, & oil together; add egg and cream well.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and vanilla.
    Refrigerate one hour.
    Drop by small amount on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Press lightly with fork.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Dough can be refrigerated indefinitely.
    Yield: 250 cookies.
