Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins; cool, peel and cut into cubes. Combine cheese and butter; heat until melted.
    Add sour cream, onion and potatoes; stir lightly.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Top with more shredded cheese and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
