Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. mashed potato flakes
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    1 broiler, cut up and skinned
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with pepper and salt.
    Let stand for 30 minutes.
    Mix other dry ingredients and put in plastic bag.
    Dip chicken in buttermilk.
    Place a few pieces at a time in dry mixture and shake.
    Place chicken in a baking dish which has been sprayed with a nonstick preparation.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is brown and tender.
