Peanut Butter Spice Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Cream
together
peanut
butter
and butter.
Add sugar gradually,\tcreaming until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time,
beating
after
each.
Stir\ttogether
flour, baking powder,
salt, cloves and cinnamon.
Combine milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning
and ending with dry ingredients.
Spoon batter into greased
and
floured cupcake pans.
(Or line pans with baking cups.)
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
Cool and frost as desired.
Makes 2 dozen medium cupcakes.
