Apple Crunch(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium size apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix apples with brown sugar in greased baking dish; set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon together in bowl.
Add egg; spread over apples.
Pour melted butter on top.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
