Tuna Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chunk light tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Mazola oil
    4 rolls, split
    cole slaw
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients.
    Shape into 4 patties. Coat with bread crumbs.
    Heat corn oil on medium heat.
    Add patties and fry about 5 minutes, browning both sides.
    Serve on rolls with your favorite cole slaw.
    Serves 4.
