Slovak Halubki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Uncle Ben's converted enriched parboiled rice
    2 lb. ground pork
    2 lb. hamburg
    3 eggs
    1 large head cabbage
    48 oz. can tomato juice
    6 lb. 10 oz. can tomato sauce
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder and onion powder to taste
Preparation
    Fully cook rice and let stand and cool down.
    Combine ground meat, rice, eggs and seasoning.
    Mix well.
    Core cabbage and parboil.
    Peel off each leaf with 2 forks.
    Take a handful of the combined mixture.
    Place the mixture to the back of the cabbage leaf; roll until the mixture is covered by the leaf, then fold the sides in and finish the roll.
