Olive Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb.), cut into pieces
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. frozen lemonade concentrate
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 c. slivered onion strips
    1/2 c. slivered green pepper strips
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
    1/4 c. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown chicken pieces in hot shortening. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and simmer over low heat until thoroughly blended. Spoon sauce over browned chicken. Cover and simmer until chicken is tender. Baste with sauce occasionally. This can be frozen and reheated. This can also be placed in a casserole and baked at 350\u00b0.
