Broccoli-N-Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. onion
    3/4 c. celery
    2 c. cooked Minute rice
    1 c. water
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    4 boxes cooked broccoli spears
    1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz, room temperature
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    cooked, cut up chicken (optional)
    bacon bits (optional)
Preparation
    Separately, cook rice and broccoli as directed on boxes.
    Chop onion and celery.
    Drain water from broccoli, yielding 1 cup.
    In large pot (broccoli should be cooked in), add all ingredients. Use the 1 cup water that was yielded from the cooked broccoli. Mix well.
    Bake for 1 hour, uncovered, at 350\u00b0.
    Top with Cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
