Stewed Tomatoes With Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. thin sliced celery
2 tsp. chopped sweet pepper (green, yellow or red)
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
Preparation

Saute celery, onions and peppers until tender, then stir in tomatoes and liquid.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then add whole kernel corn.
Cook 5 to 6 minutes more.
